Dyadic International prices unregistered warrant private placement at $0.005 per warrant

Dyadic International priced a registered direct offering with a concurrent unregistered private placement expected to raise about $2.9 million gross.

The private placement includes Common Warrants for 3,625,000 shares priced at $0.005 each.

The warrants carry an exercise price of $0.84 per share.

Closing is targeted for Aug. 14, 2026, subject to customary conditions.
