DynaResource Mexico unit receives MXN 69.5 million IVA tax refund cash payment
DYNR•Mexico unit receives cash VAT refund
DynaResource’s wholly owned Mexican subsidiary, DynaMéxico, received a MXN 69.5 million cash IVA tax refund from Mexico’s SAT.
The refund relates to IVA credits for Jan. 1–Jun. 30, 2025; the SAT resolution covered MXN 75 million in total.
The remaining MXN 5.5 million was settled through SAT administrative adjustments; cash proceeds face success-based advisory fees and related costs.
Outstanding IVA receivables stood at MXN 500 million as of July 31, 2026; about MXN 425 million remains under review.
