Dynatrace holds annual shareholder meeting

Dynatrace held its annual shareholder meeting on Aug. 26, 2026.

• Shareholders backed the selection of Ernst & Young as independent auditor for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2027.
• Investors also approved a non-binding advisory resolution on named executive officer pay.
• Four Class I directors were chosen for three-year terms expiring at the 2029 annual meeting.
