Dyne Therapeutics set presentations of additional one-year Phase 1/2 ACHIEVE data for z-basivarsen in myotonic dystrophy type 1.
Results will be presented at World Muscle Society and AANEM meetings starting Sept. 29, 2026; data have not yet been presented.
Updates are expected to show sustained functional improvement versus a matched natural history cohort, alongside updated safety findings.
Baseline hand-function measure from the blinded registrational expansion cohort will be disclosed; topline data remain scheduled for Q1 2027.
