Düsseldorf office take-up jumps 71% in Q3, led by major lettings
CWK•Düsseldorf office take-up reached 100,900 sq m in Q3 2026, up 71%, Cushman & Wakefield said. Nine-month take-up rose 25% year-on-year to 203,300 sq m, and the full-year forecast is above 250,000 sq m.
1. Large leases drive activity
Uniper’s 36,800 sq m pre-let was the largest Düsseldorf office lease since 2013. Prime rent held at EUR 46 per sq m per month, while average rent rose 11.3% quarter-on-quarter to EUR 24.05.
2. Vacancy and outlook
Vacancy stood at 11.5%, with 1.10 million sq m empty. Nine-month take-up was 9% above the five-year average.
