The asset includes software, hardware, an operating framework and a database; it is already deployed across 1,000+ properties with 1,000+ hardware sets.
Management plans to use the platform as a community “traffic” gateway to feed leads into its home services business.
The company expects the acquisition to lift brand visibility, support revenue growth and drive further AI-focused development investment.
