EBMT•Eagle Bancorp Montana amended salary continuation benefits effective Oct. 1, 2026. CEO Laura Clark’s annual benefit rises to $86,500 from $46,000 for qualifying separations on or after May 1, 2027; CFO Miranda Spaulding’s rises to $136,500 from $99,500, and President and COO P. Darryl Rensmon’s new agreement provides a $47,500 annual retirement benefit at age 70.

Eagle Bancorp Montana amended salary continuation benefits for CEO Laura F. Clark and CFO Miranda J. Spaulding, effective Oct. 1, 2026. Clark’s annual benefit increases to $86,500 from $46,000 for separations on or after May 1, 2027, while Spaulding’s rises to $136,500 from $99,500. A new agreement for President and COO P. Darryl Rensmon sets a $47,500 annual retirement benefit at age 70.
