ETST•CFO Ernesto L. Flores resigned from his executive role and board effective October 25, 2026, and CEO Giorgio R. Saumat became interim principal financial and accounting officer.

Earth Science Tech said Ernesto L. Flores resigned from his executive role and board effective October 25, 2026. CEO Giorgio R. Saumat became interim principal financial officer and principal accounting officer until a successor is appointed. Flores will remain available to assist with the auditor’s review and the quarterly report filing for the quarter ended September 30, 2026.
