Eason Technology regains NYSE American listing compliance after deficiency notice
DXF•Eason Technology regained compliance with NYSE American continued listing standards, according to an Oct. 8, 2026 letter. The deficiency was cured after the company met standards for two consecutive quarters.
1. Compliance restored
Eason Technology Limited said it regained compliance with NYSE American continued listing standards under an Oct. 8, 2026, NYSE Regulation letter. The deficiency under Section 1003(a)(ii) was cured after the company met standards for two consecutive quarters under Section 1009(f).
2. Monitoring period
Normal listing monitoring resumes, with heightened scrutiny for 12 months under Section 1009(h) if a new deficiency is triggered. A repeat breach could shorten the exchange’s cure process or lead to immediate delisting proceedings, depending on NYSE Regulation’s review.
