Eaton agrees to acquire COL Group for enterprise value of €810 million
ETN•Eaton agreed to acquire Italy-based COL Group from Oaktree for an enterprise value of €810 million; the deal is expected to close in the first quarter of 2027.
1. Deal details
COL Group makes SF₆-free switchgear, grid automation technology and modular power systems. The transaction is expected to close in the first quarter of 2027, subject to customary closing conditions and approvals. COL Group forecast 2027 sales of €250 million and has about 400 employees.
