Kocher sees no second-round effects from Iran war

BERLIN, July 15 (Reuters) - European Central Bank policymaker Martin Kocher said in an interview published on Wednesday that no second-round effects from the U.S.-Israeli war on Iran were currently visible, but the ECB stood ready to take monetary policy actions at any time if needed.
