EchoStar Q2 FY26 net income swings to profit at $8.46 billion; revenue falls to $3.58 billion

EchoStar reported Q2 2026 revenue of $3.58 billion, down 3.98% from a year earlier.
Net income attributable to shareholders swung to $8.46 billion from a year-ago loss; diluted EPS turned positive at $24.12.
Results were driven by a $9.73 billion non-cash deconsolidation gain; excluding its tax-affected impact, net income would have been about $49.46 million.
Adjusted OIBDA rose to $681.2 million from $279.6 million, while operating income returned to profit at $512.9 million.
Subscriber trends
Pay-TV ended the quarter with 6,390,000 subscribers after a net loss of 241,000; wireless fell 118,000 to 7,380,000, and broadband slipped 59,000 to 622,000.
