EchoStar reported that DISH DBS repaid in full its 7.75% Senior Notes due July 1, 2026 on July 28, 2026.
The total payment included USD 2 billion principal amount, plus accrued and unpaid interest through the repayment date.
Court-authorized discharge of indenture obligations
The discharge of the related indenture obligations was authorized by the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas.
