Eco Wave Power reported a 12% narrower net loss at USD 1.67 million, with operating expenses down 9% to USD 1.45 million.
- Total liquidity rose 58% versus March 31, 2026 to USD 8.4 million, including USD 8.15 million cash and USD 251,000 restricted deposits.
- R&D spending fell 45% to USD 218,000, on higher grants received; sales and marketing costs climbed 41% to USD 174,000.
Financing and capital raise
Gross proceeds of USD 4 million were raised in a registered direct offering of 400,000 ADSs at USD 10, representing a 10.7% premium to the prior close.
