In the third quarter, BI Asset Management Fondsmaeglerselskab A S reduced its stake in Ecolab by 2.0%, selling 2,269 shares to leave a holding of 113,968 shares valued at approximately $31.2 million as of the latest SEC filing. This reduction contributed to a slight pullback in institutional ownership, which still stands at a commanding 74.91% of total shares outstanding. Several other investment managers made modest moves: Financial Connections Group opened a position with roughly 100 shares, Corundum Trust added about 110 shares, J. Safra Asset Management boosted its stake by over 200% to 115 shares, and SJS Investment Consulting increased its holding more than tenfold to 115 shares. Vermillion & White Wealth Management Group also grew its position by over 80% to 118 shares during the period.
2. Insider Transactions and Dividend Increase
Executive Vice President A.
