Ecopetrol names Armando José Cuello Navarro executive vice president of energy transition
EC•Ecopetrol appointed Armando José Cuello Navarro executive vice president of energy transition, with him expected to join by October 27, 2026.
1. Executive appointment
Cuello Navarro previously served as Colombia's deputy energy minister and has more than 17 years of energy-sector executive experience across Colombia and Peru. Ecopetrol also appointed Camilo Andrés Rojas Castro principal legal representative for goods and services procurement, and named Mauricio Gutiérrez Dangond first alternate to its general legal representative.
