Ecopetrol offers 81 GBTUD gas supply to cover SPEC LNG maintenance outage

Ecopetrol will supply 81 GBTUD of natural gas via contingency supply contracts during SPEC LNG’s planned regasification maintenance.
The volumes cover July 30 to Aug. 3, 2026, aiming to offset supply constraints tied to the Cartagena regasification terminal outage.
Nine contracts were signed in a July 8-15 marketing process, targeting thermal generators and gas distributors serving residential demand and vehicle gas.
