Tender offer resumed for Brava Energia stake
Ecopetrol resumed a voluntary tender offer on Brazil’s B3 to buy 116,110,717 Brava Energia common shares, about 25% of equity.
The revised offer document incorporated CVM recommendations, restarting the process to build a controlling stake in Brava Energia.
