Ecopetrol resumes Brazil tender offer for 25% stake in Brava Energia

The offer is expected to stay open until Aug. 5, 2026, when the auction is scheduled.

Completion remains subject to outstanding requirements and closing conditions set out in the offer document.

Ecopetrol resumed its voluntary tender offer on Brazil’s B3 to buy 116,110,717 Brava Energia shares, about 25% of the company.

The revised offer document incorporates recommendations from Brazil’s securities regulator, restarting the paused process.
