Ecovyst names Laurie Bergman CFO, replacing Michael Feehan

Ecovyst appointed Laurie Bergman as chief financial officer, effective Aug. 24, 2026.
Bergman replaces Michael Feehan, who is set to depart.
Feehan is expected to remain an employee until Sept. 30, 2026 to support the transition.
Bergman's recent experience
Bergman was CFO of Legacy Food Group from July 2024.
Earlier roles include CFO at Liquid Environmental Solutions from June 2021 to June 2024.
