Edap TMS underwriters exercise option for 1,263,750 ADSs at $4.75 each, raising $5.6 million net

Edap TMS is set to issue 1,263,750 additional ADSs after underwriters fully exercised a 30-day option.
The sale was priced at $4.75 per ADS under the previously completed offering of 8,425,000 ADSs.
The option shares are expected to close Aug. 19, 2026, with estimated net proceeds of about $5.6 million before offering expenses.
