Eddy Solutions partners with FirstService Residential on water leak detection
FSV•Eddy Smart Home Solutions signed a master services agreement with FirstService Residential on Jan. 7, 2026, to provide monitored water detection in the United States and Canada. The service currently monitors 30 communities.
1. Water detection agreement
Eddy Smart Home Solutions will provide monitored water detection in FirstService Residential-managed communities in the United States and Canada. The agreement combines real-time leak alerts, automated water shutoff valves and 24/7 monitoring; 30 communities are currently monitored.
