Edgemode posted a net loss of $9.02 million for the six months ended June 30, 2026.
Operating expenses fell 39% to $15.56 million, including stock-based compensation of $13.26 million.
Other income climbed to $6.54 million, driven by a $9.02 million gain on changes in derivative-liability fair value.
Cash on hand totaled about $25,000 as of Aug. 14, 2026, and net cash used in operating activities was $1.18 million.
Strategic shift toward AI data center and energy infrastructure
The company said its strategy has shifted toward AI data center and energy infrastructure in Spain and Panama.
Edgemode said it is seeking at least $5 million to start HPC hosting.
