Edible Garden appointed Ernesto Insignares as senior project manager to help execute its Prairie Hills ready-to-drink facility buildout in Webster City, Iowa.
Insignares joins from Tetra Pak, where he worked on capex management, project planning and execution, budgeting, governance, stakeholder coordination.
Prairie Hills is a roughly 400,000-square-foot site being converted into a shelf-stable nutrition beverage plant using Tetra Pak processing and packaging technology.
At full capacity, the facility is expected to produce more than 100 million beverage units annually for branded products, private-label customers, strategic partners.
