1. Gourmet Greens Hydroponic Basil Launches at Hannaford Supermarkets

Edible Garden today announced that its Gourmet Greens Hydroponic Basil is now carried in nearly 190 Hannaford Supermarkets across six states in the Northeast. This rollout builds on the companies’ existing partnership and leverages Edible Garden’s controlled environment agriculture platform to deliver premium, organic basil with extended shelf life and up to 30% lower shrink rates compared to conventionally grown herbs. Hannaford, founded in 1883 and headquartered in Scarborough, Maine, serves customers in Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, New York and Connecticut. The product is grown at Edible Garden’s vertically integrated facilities in Belvidere, NJ, Grand Rapids, MI and Webster City, IA, and is supported by its patented GreenThumb 2.0 software and Self-Watering in-store displays.

2. Company Implements 1-for-10 Reverse Stock Split to Maintain Nasdaq Compliance

At its September 24, 2025 annual meeting, Edible Garden stockholders authorized a reverse stock split in a range of 1-for-5 to 1-for-25, and the board has set the final ratio at 1-for-10. Effective February 3, 2026 at 12:01 a.m. ET, the company’s shares will trade on a post-split basis under the existing Nasdaq symbol. The new CUSIP number will be 28059P501, while the par value remains $0.0001 per share. All outstanding warrants and equity awards will be proportionately adjusted, fractional shares will be rounded up, and authorized share counts will not change. CEO Jim Kras stated that the split is designed to bolster the stock’s trading profile and enhance market perception without altering any investor’s percentage ownership.
