Edison International Q2 FY26 net income rises to $534 million; GAAP EPS climbs to $1.39

Edison International posted Q2 GAAP EPS of $1.39, up from $0.89 a year earlier; core EPS rose to $1.54 from $0.97.
Net income available to common shareholders climbed to $534 million from $343 million.
Core earnings increased to $592 million from $374 million, while operating revenue slipped to $4.36 billion from $4.54 billion.
Southern California Edison’s core EPS rose mainly on adoption of the 2025 GRC final decision in Q3 2025; Parent and Other core loss narrowed on lower preferred dividends.
The company reaffirmed 2026 core EPS guidance of $5.90-$6.20 and said it continued wildfire mitigation execution and progress on the Wildfire Recovery Compensation Program.
