The first project has broken ground in Lingao, Hainan, and is focused on a cross-sea low-altitude corridor with multiple coastal vertiports.
Hainan Fuma General Aviation is the project owner, CSCEC Sixth is the main contractor, and EHang supplies aircraft, operations services, planning, and technical support.
Strategic cooperation framework in China
EHang entered a strategic cooperation framework with China Construction Sixth Engineering Bureau to develop low-altitude infrastructure in China.
The partnership targets general aviation airports, eVTOL vertiports, hangars, route planning, and rollout of commercial operating scenarios.
