Einride partners with Nvidia to adapt DRIVE Hyperion platform for autonomous heavy-duty trucking

Einride entered a strategic collaboration with Nvidia to accelerate highway and suburban autonomous trucking using the NVIDIA DRIVE Hyperion platform.
The partnership targets adaptation of Hyperion’s compute, sensors, software and safety architecture for heavy-duty freight, supporting Level 4 autonomous operations.
Einride will build the next generation of its autonomous-driving system on Hyperion to scale deployments across its existing freight network.
Training, validation and fleet plans
Training and validation will use NVIDIA Blackwell infrastructure via an Exemplar Cloud partner, supported by NVIDIA Cosmos for data curation and synthetic scenarios.
Einride expects its electric fleet footprint to scale to 1,500-2,000 vehicles by 2028, with about 80% of captured demand suitable for automation.
