Einride AB (publ) said it will deploy 500 Tesla Semis on its Saga AI platform for Amazon and other customers across North America.
The deployment will take place in multiple phases over the next 24 months, starting in September, and is fully financed with third-party financing solutions.
Einride said the Tesla Semi deployment will extend its electric freight network across freight corridors in California, Texas, New Jersey, Illinois and Georgia.
