Electro-Sensors says steute Technologies completes acquisition of company

Electro-Sensors says it was acquired by steute Technologies, a Battery Ventures portfolio company, completing a previously announced transaction.

Electro-Sensors will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary and keep its headquarters in Minnetonka, Minnesota.

The deal expands steute’s industrial safety, automation, wireless sensing, and machine monitoring offering, targeting condition monitoring and predictive maintenance demand.
