Kory Marchisotto has been named president of E.l.f. Brands, a newly created role to spearhead expansion of its Cosmetics and Skin lines following 28 consecutive quarters of growth and record market share gains. Oshiya Savur will replace her as CMO while Ekta Chopra becomes chief technology and AI officer.
1. Kory Marchisotto Named President of E.l.f. Brands
Kory Marchisotto, previously chief marketing officer, has been promoted to the newly created role of president of E.l.f. Brands. In this position she will oversee expansion of the company's Cosmetics and Skin divisions across multiple categories and geographies, leveraging her track record of engineering 28 consecutive quarters of growth and record market share gains.
2. Oshiya Savur Steps In as Chief Marketing Officer
Oshiya Savur, most recently chief marketing and brand officer at Maesa, will succeed Marchisotto as chief marketing officer of E.l.f. Brands. Savur brings experience from roles at Charlotte Tilbury, Revlon and Unilever, and will lead the company's marketing strategy and creative campaigns.
3. Ekta Chopra Elevated to Chief Technology and AI Officer
Ekta Chopra has been appointed chief technology and AI officer, transitioning from her prior role as chief digital officer. This change reflects the company's strategy to embed technology and artificial intelligence as core drivers of transformation and growth across product development, marketing and operations.
