e.l.f. Brands debuts consumer activation at Minnesota State Fair

e.l.f. Beauty will run an in-person activation at the Minnesota State Fair in St. Paul, Minnesota, Aug. 27-30.
Branding will extend to the fair’s Skyride gondolas for the duration of the fair, with QR-code giveaway promotions.
Separate on-the-ground activation is planned in Dallas in October, tied to the “Big Tex” event.
