Eli Lilly completed its acquisition of AtaiBeckley, a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on rapid-acting neuroplastogens for mental health conditions.
The deal adds AtaiBeckley’s lead investigational program, BPL-003, being developed for treatment-resistant depression.
AtaiBeckley shareholders cleared the transaction at a special meeting held before closing.
