Eli Lilly said all eloratzp combinations met primary and secondary endpoints at 48 weeks. Participants taking eloratzp lost up to an average of 54.1 pounds, or 23.3%, versus 34.4 pounds, or 14.8%, with tirzepatide 15 mg, and lowered A1C by up to an average of 2.9% versus 2.4%; the company plans to initiate phase 3 studies of the co-formulation by the end of 2026 using an optimized escalation schedule.
