Eli Lilly said its ACHIEVE-3 study showed Foundayo doses of 9 mg and 17.2 mg delivered greater A1C and weight reductions than oral semaglutide 25 mg among adults with type 2 diabetes. At 52 weeks, Foundayo 17.2 mg showed 1.5% greater weight loss and 0.3% greater A1C reduction in a new indirect treatment comparison.
