Eli Lilly’s Omvoh achieves comprehensive disease control in 27.7% of ulcerative colitis patients at one year
LLY•Eli Lilly said 27.7% of ulcerative colitis patients achieved comprehensive disease control with Omvoh at one year. New analyses also found corticosteroid-free disease control in ulcerative colitis and Crohn’s disease, with results to be presented at United European Gastroenterology Week 2026.
1. One-year analyses
Eli Lilly announced that new post hoc analyses of the LUCENT and VIVID studies showed corticosteroid-free disease control with Omvoh in ulcerative colitis and Crohn’s disease at one year. Omvoh outperformed placebo on combined disease-control measures, including among patients with prior biologic treatment failure; patients who achieved these outcomes were more likely to report improved quality of life. The analyses will be presented at United European Gastroenterology Week 2026.
