The 4 mg dose delivered a 19% reduction with a 4% discontinuation rate, and a 104-week extension showed an average 85-pound loss (30.3%) in high-risk patients.

A combined analysis of more than 1,500 women in ATTAIN 1 and ATTAIN 2 studies showed Foundayo induced 12.8%–14.4% weight loss over 72 weeks across menopausal stages, equating to approximately 28–30 pounds. Additionally, 80%–83% of women lost at least 5% of body weight, 41%–52% lost at least 15%, and waist circumference decreased by up to 4.9 inches.
