Elicio said new pre-specified analyses aim to clarify clinical and biological activity in resected KRAS-mutant pancreatic cancer. AMPLIFY-7P enrolled 144 patients across 24 U.S. sites, comparing ELI-002 7P with observation after standard therapy; the readout is expected to shape a revised Phase 3 strategy in the adjuvant setting.
