10-Q filing delayed due to Medicare Advantage accounting

Elite Health Systems filed a Form 12b-25 to delay its quarterly report for the period ended June 30, 2026.

The 10-Q filing was pushed past the deadline due to complex accounting tied to the launch of Medicare Advantage insurance operations. The company expects to file the 10-Q by Aug. 19, 2026.

Results are expected to shift as the quarter includes Medicare Advantage revenue and medical expense, plus Physician Support Services acquired in November 2025.
