Elite Pharmaceuticals elected Aqeel A. Fatmi and John W. LaRocca to its board on October 28, 2026, expanding the board from four directors to six. Fatmi previously served as chief scientific officer of Patheon and Banner Life Sciences from 2013 to 2016. LaRocca served as Y-mAbs Therapeutics' senior vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary from January 2024 to October 2025.
