- Adjusted Distributable Earnings (non-GAAP) totaled USD 75.5 million, or USD 0.60 a share, exceeding dividends of USD 0.39 a share.
- Book value per common share rose to USD 13.61 as of June 30, including the quarter’s USD 0.39 dividend.
- Longbridge originated USD 589.7 million of loans, up 38% from the same period in 2025; net Longbridge portfolio fell 7% sequentially to USD 649.3 million.
- Recourse debt-to-equity ratio held at 1.9:1, while total debt-to-equity ratio edged up to 9.2:1 from 9.0:1 on higher securitization-related borrowings.
