Elme Communities cuts estimated liquidating distributions to $16.41-$16.61 per share

Elme Communities raised its total estimated liquidating distributions to $16.41-$16.61 a share, including the $14.67 a share paid in January 2026.

Additional liquidating distributions are estimated at $1.74-$1.94 a share, funded from net proceeds of remaining asset sales.

The company targets completion of the remaining sales in Q3-Q4 2026, with NYSE delisting and dissolution expected in Q4 2026.

The board expects an additional liquidating distribution before delisting, but the timing remains discretionary.
