1. Liquidation proceeds
Elme Communities completed sales of its last remaining properties, concluding dispositions under its voluntary liquidation. Its board declared an additional $1.74 per share distribution, payable Oct. 22 to holders of record Oct. 9. Aggregate cash liquidating distributions reached $16.41 per share, including $14.67 paid in January 2026.
2. Delisting and dissolution
NYSE delisting is expected in early November 2026, with Nov. 5 anticipated to be the last trading day. Shares are set to be canceled when dissolution takes effect Nov. 6, and residual assets and liabilities will be transferred to a Maryland liquidating trust.
