Elmet Group invests CAD 35 million in Blue Moon Metals
ELMT•Elmet Group completed a CAD 35 million equity investment in Blue Moon Metals on October 16, 2026. Blue Moon said it would use the proceeds in connection with developing its Springer Tungsten Complex in Nevada.
1. Investment terms
The private placement comprised 3.5 million units at CAD 10 each. Each unit included one common share and one share purchase warrant. The warrants become exercisable after February 17, 2027, at CAD 10.80 per share and expire on October 16, 2029.
