Planned joint venture and investment at Springer
Elmet Group plans a majority-owned joint venture with Blue Moon Metals and EQ Resources to restart and expand APT conversion at Springer in Nevada.
The project is part of a USD 450 million committed investment from the U.S. Department of War to build a vertically integrated tungsten supply chain.
ELMT expects to allocate about USD 150 million to the Springer Tungsten Complex, including the APT facility owned by the joint venture.
