eLong Power reported net income of US$20.49 million for the first half of FY26, compared with a loss a year earlier, including a US$22.61 million gain on disposal of its lithium battery manufacturing business. Revenue rose to US$2.90 million, gross margin fell 9.70 percentage points to 0.3%, and the net loss from continuing operations widened to US$2.11 million. The company said it completed offerings totaling about US$20 million in gross proceeds to support global expansion of its asset-light model.
