Eltek names CFO Ron Freund as CEO as Eli Yaffe retires

CEO transition at Eltek

Eltek named CFO Ron Freund as CEO effective Sept. 23, 2026, replacing retiring CEO Eli Yaffe.
Freund has been CFO since January 2022; previously CFO of Ophir Tours from 2015 to 2021.
The board plans to appoint Yaffe as a director effective March 8, 2027, serving until the next annual general meeting.
