Elutia to sell SimpliDerm business
Elutia signed a definitive deal to sell its SimpliDerm human acellular dermal matrix business to Cellution Biologics for up to $11 million.
Terms include $8 million cash at closing, with up to $3 million tied to technology transfer and commercial milestones over 18 months.
Closing is expected in the second half of 2026, subject to customary conditions.
