Shareholders adopted an amendment to the articles to extend the business-combination deadline to Aug. 12, 2027.
They also approved an amendment to the investment management trust agreement to reflect the same extension.
The company signed Amendment No. 4 to the trust agreement with Continental Stock Transfer & Trust on Aug. 11, 2026.
