Q3 interest on equity proposal

Embraer proposed Q3 fiscal 2026 interest on equity distribution totaling R$154 million, or R$0.22 per ordinary share.

Shareholders on record at the close of B3 trading on Sept. 21, 2026 will be eligible.

Ex-distribution dates and payment schedule

Shares trade ex-distribution from Sept. 22, 2026 on B3 and Sept. 23, 2026 on the NYSE.

Payment is scheduled for May 24, 2027.
